Cancellation Policy

I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and cancellations may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, I request at least a 24 hour notice. All cancellations must be done online through your gloss genius account. Cancellations through social media or text message will not be valid. Clients who do not honor their appointment maybe charged the cancellation fee as follows: - 24 hours notice: service(s) may be canceled without charge. - Cancellations under 24 hours notice: service(s) are subject to a charge of 50% of the service(s) booked. - Failure to show: 100% of service(s) will be charged
